1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the name, company, phone, email, inquiry topic and message you provide. Our server logs the IP address and user-agent of every visit for security and abuse prevention. A single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your language preference.
2. How We Use It
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, ship samples, provide technical support and follow up on quotes. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share your shipping address only with the courier (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.) when sending samples to you, and only the minimum required to deliver the package.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then permanently deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for 90 days. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie expires after 1 year.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@resistor-factory.com.
We will respond within 30 days.
6. International Transfers
Hongyi Electronics is based in mainland China. By submitting an inquiry, you understand and consent that your data may be processed in China, where data-protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
7. Children
This site is intended for B2B procurement and engineering professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted.
